Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that, I recommend reaching out to MS next.

@Mark_B is there a separate e-mail for sitters in the Beta test group to contact those running the Co-Sitter project ?

It would be a good idea for all problems to be sent directly to them rather than through the general MS e-mail which will delay a response .

Also Frankie the chat bot hasn’t been informed about the Co-Sitter test and is giving incorrect information .

Another user @PandAonTour is having the same issues with both web and App.

They have a separate thread discussing this .

Greay. Because it was woeking on my desktop and now it isnt. And its not working in the app either. Surely they tested it peoperly before telling us all we had access to the new functionality?

Yea. I just tested it too. And no longer working on the website (nor the app.) Trying to give feedback via Customer support was excrutiating. :man_facepalming: Surely we should have some dedicated portal to do so. Thats what we always did when developing/testing software. The comms around the project have been less than optimum, to put it kindly.

Could you also suggest we have a dedicated communication method to provide feedback on the project. Trying to get a message through to the team via customer support is excruciatingly frustrating. :man_facepalming:

Indeed, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with THS expanding the model, while providing more options for sitters and HOs :light_blue_heart:

I do not want to speak too soon and am touching wood, but….it seems to be working on the app.:crossed_fingers:

I thought it it should be by 2 days?

It’s letting me overlap by 2 days on the app.

YES ! I can now overlap by two days

It would be great if those testing this out can let fellow forum members know your success rate with getting both sits and feedback from the owners involved.

I agree @Temba .
We applied but weren’t accepted for the Beta test .

I would love to know how the process works .

Does the host of the sit you have already confirmed get notified that you are applying for an overlapping sit ?

Could they then cancel the confirmed sit based on this information?

Good questions @Silversitters.

I have updated the app, closed the app and gone back in again and I can’t apply for sits that overlap.

Hi all,

You’ll likely already know, but I wanted to complete the loop on this.

The issue that @Daisy999 initially flagged was resolved yesterday afternoon. I’ve seen some posts in the forum which also confirm it’s working as expected for BETA members.

This is what BETA’s are for, thanks for your support. :raising_hands:

Yes, to both of those questions

The overlapping sit is signposted to both parties throughout the application and confirmation process.

No two sits are identical, and we encourage both parties to discuss the details of their sit.

These pics give you an idea of the messaging being used during the BETA, I dare say beta members can share their experience so far and how clear they’re finding things.
