@Silversitters - when there are a multitude of questions to score it is easily possible for the overall to be genuinely lower than the categories.
If all the specific categories rightly deserved a 5 star but there were other things not mentioned specifically in the categories that were disappointing then that is how the anomaly occurs
In this case the owners says the sitters were “the best “ and they can’t wait to have them
back and has scored them 5 stars in every category?! But a 3 overall ??
@Silversitters , That seems very unusual I have to admit if there was no explanation why only 3 stars were given?
Nothing negative at all, which makes me wonder if it’s a glitch or error as @Dace had something similar happen to them .
Should you have advised before sit? Was it discussed at interview?
You have replied to a post from 9 months ago regarding an issue which was resolved a couple of days later as detailed further in this thread. The HO had made a mistake in the review and actually found that the lock was broken so they have had it replaced.
