Oh - that’s so true. 3 indoor/outdoor cats and all gather up 1 h before feeding time. Plus it take only 1 day and they figured out the time switched and linger in the kitchen at the ‘right’ time… :roll_eyes:

Did you know that Icelandic horses naturally know five gaits? They can walk, trot, and gallop, but they also have a gait called tölt and another called flying pace. And they are the most purebred horse (in Iceland) because more than 1,000 years ago, the Icelandic parliament no longer allowed the import of horses.

I was always fascinated by the fact that no two zebra stripes are the same. They are just like human fingerprints. A baby zebra will memorize its mother’s stripes so it recognizes her immediately among the family group. The family group also recognise each other too by this method. (also including smell & sound).
