I filled out an application for a sit in London. It only had 2 applicants. I sent it, and it went through. A few hours later, I looked at my inbox, and it appears it did not go through! I applied on my phone app. What is going on??

Check your renewal date for THS or payment cards.
@karilill, that’s very odd. We’ve not heard of that previously. Could be a glitch in your internet connection? Or phone app closed down after application? Was phone app and phone OS up to date?
Suggest ensure phone OS and THS phone app up to date. Suggest shut down and restart phone (tech 101 !). Suggest contact support@trustedhousesitters.com to note your account and listing details - perhaps they can see if there was a platform issue or a problem with your account.
Is there still application space? Can you retry?
Everything is up to date. I just applied for a sit. And it went through, so I tell myself it wasn’t meant to be. 5 app has ruined TH.
