There’s no point in coming here to mention this. Not quite helpful. I’m just trying to help the homeowner here, so let’s focus on that instead of wasting energy on replying with useless comments. 
I deliberately said my home has been destroyed, not house. There is extensive damage to the house. The whole downstairs needs new carpet and the garden is dead but it’s the sanctuary of my home that has been destroyed.
Have you filed the member dispute with THS @druskininkai ?
If anyone else has a similar experience in the future and is reading this thread it will be very helpful if you can post here the support and advice that member services has given you .

You misread her question. She was asking about this sitter who just sat for you, what were their past reviews like?
And ps I meant to add how sorry I am you have this experience, how terrible! Both for you and for your dogs 
This is really shocking and I really feel for you, what a terrible experience and awful for the dogs. Is it possible that this young, first time sitter used your place as a party pad? I wonder if she had any references on her profile, although these can always be fake! I hope you’ve left her an accurate review, although really she needs to be banned as a THS member. Fortunately, I think this kind of experience is rare. I hope you’re doing OK.
Really very sad that this terrible experience has put you off having future sitters, but I can completely understand
What a dreadful experience. Karenlet may be right, your house could well have been used for a party. However; I often use first time sitters, and so far they were wonderful, sometime even much better than experienced sitters.

I scanned the replies and concur that this an awful experience and obviously the sitter should be blocked from the platform to start with and secondly would it be ethical for THS to compensate you for cleaning, mowing, garden plant loses and any other damage as this is very unusual outcome and it would seem fair. All the best.
It will be very interesting to see if this terrible sitter is blocked from the platform, as for compensation, pretty doubtful.

We had a similar experience and I had taken pictures of most things. Gave an honest review, which was not a friendly one, of the sitter. THS reached out to me asking for the photos stating they were going to follow up with the sitter.

No. Frankly I didn’t expect to. The way they worded it. They said that they were going to reach out to the sitter and I didn’t expect to hear anything back from them. Now whether they did anything with her, I don’t know. I see that she is still listed as a sitter. However, my review hopefully will deter people from taking her and her son in.
I mentioned in my post about having a disastrous sitter in this forum and mentioned that I had pictures. Evidently somebody monitors the forum and that’s the reason they reached out to me for more information, including the photos.
