Hi there ! I kind to feel the same way and do not need to know all the details about a business I trust. And I hope they are making some profits as long as they provide a good service to their members. I understand some improvements are needed.
This is the same way I do not need to ask millions of questions to a HO during an interview. A nice talk with Skype or so, common sense, good reviews, booklet filled and this always has been good for me.
I kept the basic subscription for now and if I feel the need to upgrade, so I will.
Just want to keep having a good time here.
First sit coming in December since pandemic. Here I come Florida !

We are very happy with THS and have been members for years. I have not found a problem with customer support at all. I recently asked a question and it was answered quickly.
It is a much safer house sitting site than many without fees for homeowners, which suffer from fake listings.
