I have been trying to get sitters for Xmas and everyone seems to put up a like, but with no responses if they are actually interested. Started to get worried I won’t have anyone to look after my animals.

It is a highly competitive season and a plan B should be a priority (all members should always have a plan B, but even more so for Christmas).
If a sitter favorite your listing it is usually to bookmark it for later - usually they’re not able to do the dates published if they don’t apply.
If you would like some input on your listing many members would happily help. It might be something that can be done to make the listing more appealing. If so you need to add your listing to your forum profile:
