Hi @Barb22 I’m afraid this is a learning curve. I check, double and triple check leaving and arrival dates so I suggest you do too. If you have her return date in a text or email then show it to her and she should allow you to stay the night (could be difficult) or pay for you to stay in accommodation (unlikely but, you never know).

We’ve been in this situation, it’s horrible -In our case there was no misunderstanding about dates - the HO decided to come home several days early to attend a social event and didn’t inform us until mid sit . It’s very stressful when this happens . Although it’s against the T&Cs , member services don’t get involved aside from sending a reminder of the T&Cs to the HO.

There are no sanctions or negative effects for owners breaking T&Cs so they will continue to do whatever they want.
