@Silversitters, noted. I cannot comment. Unsure frequency of insurance claims/approvals - hoping that it’s a tiny fraction of successful housesits (and only premium members). Unsure when current terms (e.g. $amounts) were established by THS - inflation erodes fixed amounts. And unsure whether THS seeks attract experienced or adhoc housesitters. Lots I don’ t know Just ideas that would seem to enhance membership offering.
