Does anyone else experience this? I have an iphone16 and when it comes to reviewing my home owner I find the space I have to write runs out after about five lines because the POST YOUR REVIEW BOX does not move down as you type so your words disappear underneath the box and you cannot see what you’re typing. It’s really frustrating. Sometimes if I press the arrow at the top it gives me more space briefly then defaults to no space again. Can IT sort this please? Surely I’m not the only one?
I don’t have an issue writing reviews on my Samsung Galaxy which is about 5 years old so it’s definitely not all mobiles.
We write all our reviews on an iPhone 11s. Always been limitless characters. Maybe ask MS support? Chat bot and ask for a human (twice) and see if it’s a known bug. #askfrankie
Yes I had this - there is a way to expand the box an arrow at the side which isn’t visible.

I have experienced something similar - as you say it is not that we run out of spaces, but that we can’t see what we’re typing. Annoying. I often write my review in the notes-app of my phone and then cut and paste it into the review, so I kind of work around it. But it shouldn’t be like that.

If it’s the website, which browser are you using? e.g. Safari, Chrome etc

It is always easier to type it inside a separate document, even the body of an email, then copy and paste it over, that way you can proof read it in advance.
When I had a similar problem a forum
member suggested this solution.
Does your screen have one of these TINY little dots in the right hand corner that you press and drag down to make a bigger “box.” ?
I know people live on their phones, but as someone who gets free struff for writing reviews, I’ve found it simpler to always write on google docs and cut and paste it into a form. Too many things go wrong with forms.

I found that if I turn my phone to landscape mode this often helps

I write the review in Apple Notes then paste it into the box that works too.
