Anyone else having a problem submitting a review? I get as far as 2nd question about communication and page freezes. Using app on Android phone, tried on another phone and the same. On previous review, page froze and it submitted itself and only gave HO 3 stars. I went through chat box and eventually got a human who amended review to 5 stars. @Jenny can you help.

I can’t read what I am writing on the app as it somehow is hides it. I do all my reviews now by logging into the website, that works fine
Thanks Chrissy that worked. Its always been ok on the app in the past only recently been a problem. My question still remains. Anyone else had this new problem submitting a review on the app?

I can’t do reviews on the app anymore as the “next” button in the sub categories is hidden just off the screen and I can’t click on it to move forward to the next category. I now have to log on to the THS website to do my reviews. I use a Samsung Android phone & tablet and neither work for reviews. I never had a problem until a couple of months ago. @Jenny can you escalate this please.
