Just trying to leave a review of a lovely sit just finished but I can’t. OK until 2nd question then page freezes. Have tried on 2 Android phones. Anyone else having trouble?

Oh no it’s not. Managed to post the review but for some reason it’s dropped two stars for communication and it’s been submitted. Will I be able to alter this?

You will need to contact THS using Frankie, the bot, but put in ‘speak to a human’ (do that twice) and they will change it for you. If, in the meantime, you receive the owner’s review, do contact them to let them know about your mistakes and you are rectifying it.
