@absw11 be aware that whatever you decide to write in your sitter’s review should be factual and unemotional and that the sitter can respond to your review and that’s the end of it. You can’t respond to their response. You need to be prepared for that response to your review as it will be there permanently for the world to see. Likewise for owners being able to respond to sitter reviews of them.
I think a reflecting question for yourself is “how would you have reviewed the sitter if your neighbour hadn’t told you this information?” And then “in considering the neighbour’s information, has my pet displayed anything negative since from being left alone?” You will likely get your answer for the words to write your review.
