We are doing a delightful sit in Toowoomba, QLD with two cats. It’s a nice small city in case anyone is wondering.
0430, all the linked smoke detectors went off. Panic ensued from us and the cats the after a long 90 seconds, silence.
Today, no water this morning. The house is on tank water with city water as a backup.
Our host immediately got a sparkie to check out the alarms, and today immediately sorted out a plumber to switch over the water supply.
It’s not the problem, it’s how it’s handled and resolved. All happy but the cats are now wary.
