We’ve been sitting since 2013 and I agree with @Itchyfeet and @temba, pre-Covid times did not include video calls. We managed to communicate via emails or phone calls. I’m happy to chat via video but I’m also happy to communicate by phone or text.
In the last year I’ve had a few pet parents tell me they don’t get much benefit from video calls and, before anyone jumps to conclusions, they were in their 30s and not senior citizens!
Long story short, there are different ways to communicate and as long as you do what’s right for you that’s all that matters.
