Well done and good result.
I was actually a little worried reading about the number of pets and possible issue with electricity. (This is because there are some sits that should be paid sits as there’s too much work and/ or hardship for a voluntary, equal exchange.) You are equal partners in an exchange that should be mutually beneficial, so it is ok for you also to have expectations and boundaries.
