This morning in Dublin, our pup pal didnāt hesitate for a second to dash into the drizzle. Towels ready. Spirits high. Tail wagging.
Thought weād share a little moment from todayās walk ā damp streets, big smiles, and a good reminder that dogs donāt care about the weather as long as someoneās there to walk with them.
(And yes, we always pack the towel now.)
Weād love to hear your rainy morning experiences!
Do you have any go-to gear, wet-weather hacks, or funny soggy-dog stories?
Please share ā weāre still adjusting to Irelandās idea of āsummer.ā

Youāve missed the best weather. Iāve been in Ireland since 23 April and only had 3 or 4 days of rain, mainly this weekend! Iām going back to England tomorrow. All the best!

I had to smile the other day: we were doing a handover in the far north of Norway for two huskies (cue chances of general rough weather higher than most other places), and I asked the host āare they fine to go out in rainy weather?ā and she didnāt understand my question as it wasnāt even a consideration!! Turns out those doggos donāt care whether itās raining, snowing or storming, theyāre a-okay to go out!

These 3 pups had never seen snow before as it had been 20 years since it snowed last. Once they got over their surprise they had a great time playing. We did need a few old towels to dry off with and then collapsed in front of the aga in the kitchen. The dogs did too!
