I have just booked a flight to Christchurch, New Zealand arriving morning of 2 November 2022. Can anyone assist me please with recommendations for a characterful hotel or Airbnb there please? Also nice vegetarian/vegan restaurants. All tips gratefully received and thank you in advance!
What area of Cch do you want to be in? Will you have a vehicle? How long are you going to spend in Cch? Look at Brighton/South Brighton or Sumner for a start. Have stayed in a couple airbnbs in the area & will send the links later.
In terms of vegetarian restaurants, check out the Happy cow site as it lists all of them. Then again, google map hunting is fun too.
