I am trying to find in reading the Code of Conduct, what happens to a home owner or pet sitter when it is breached?
Are they banned from the platform?
Rarely are either banned from the platform @claudinekent unless it is extremely serious e.g death of a pet where sitter found negligent etc. As you have already been in contact with THS (from your other thread), they will be the best ones to sort it for you. To be able to give the owners a review, you would need them or THS to change the dates of the sit to the day they returned but then I’m not sure how that would impact on doing an insurance claim.
