I am amazed that you didn’t receive a copy of your profile as surely that is data which is kept about you as well as the photo(s) that goes with your profile.
Unlike you I have no access to my account and so am reliant on THS sending me everything that they have. I do agree with you that telling you to save things yourself is not a very productive response.
At the moment I am waiting for a reply from privacy as to what exactly I will receive when I submit my Subject Access Request form. I have resent my question in the last couple of days as I had been waiting well over a week and received no reply.
Take up your complaint with the ICO, I already posted about this.
