@wendywindow I love your post from Jan 12th! Too long to quote here but I agree with many of your points, in particular point h. - being referenced by name. I hate it when I’ve written a msg to an HO and signed off with my name & hubbies. That’s the last thing they’ll have read before replying but they usually address me only. I just think its a bit ignorant. And point I. - HOs sending an appreciative arrival home message followed by a prompt and appreciative 5* review with no need to send a reminder!

They did a great job but the petty 4 star review without a word to me directly really irked me and the more I thought about it the more I realized I don’t want them back.
