@Lauraa @SunshineCambridge thank you both for your feedback, I will bring this to product’s attention and pass on your suggestions.
It turns out the solution couldn’t work for the situation anyway, as it had to be done before the date a sit begins. This was the day it was to begin, and there was no way to unconfirm/unagree/cancel it. And no explanation anywhere.
I have a Vencl’e sit in Vancouver January 11 to 23. If anybody needs a sitter for those dates
