I do the same. I use only those rooms that are necessary and stick to one bathroom when possible so there is less to clean.
Yes, but after having had more than 20 different sitters in our home over the last three years, it was never a thought to say anything about not using another bedroom. This bed was covered with our personal belongings as we use it for the room where we pack/unpack our suitcases, drop things on the bed that are for gifts, etc.
NO ONE else has ever done this!
