What are those little luxuries you appreciate the most ?
With luxuries I mean the things which just speaks to your needs in every day life.
What has HO done to make you feel extra pampered or every happy story.
My choices:
When HO gave me a huge bed with a thick duvet and lots of pillows.
When HO allowed me to pick all the fruit/vegetables from their garden, which was almost more than I could eat.
When HO truly listened when they asked what diet I had and filled up their fridge/freezer accordingly to that.
When HO arranged the perfect little office space for me.

I’m very low maintenance.
If I arrive to find a soft closing toilet seat and a bottle of vinegar for my chips in the kitchen , then I’m as happy as a 
in poo!

I first discovered linen sheets on a sit with a blind dachshund in Berkeley. I wish I could bring myself to splurge on them.
I love guest rooms with nice bedding and big windows. Nice, clean walk-in showers vs. tubs.

Very fancy hand soap and matching hand lotion in the en-suite bathroom. It’s a London brand called The White Company and I had never heard of it. Nicest smelling soap ever. It had better be for £17 a bottle

A cleaner coming in twice a week making my bed and changing towels. Fake grass so no lawn to cut.

Discovering a beautiful huge outdoor (heated) pool on arrival and a hot outdoor jacuzzi- just a couple of several luxuries we enjoyed on the sit- absolutely unexpected and not mentioned on the listing! A total treat- like a luxury retreat! The owners were first timers and just wanted to make sure we were there for the dog!

Our last sit was over Easter and the homeowners left us a huge basket of easter goodies along with a local gift, a lovely card and all sorts of guidebooks to their location. really appreciated!

A lovely cuddly dog who loves to walk, doesn’t bark when startled or pull on the lead, likes to share the sofa in front of the fire in the evening. I’m in heaven!

It’s cute when owners provide a little thank you card, flowers or treat - always makes me feel appreciated 
Besides that, I love when owners have good quality and fully stocked kitchen equipment - e.g: sharp knifes that actually function, clean chopping boards that don’t smell like garlic and onions, non-stick pots and pans that are easy to clean, veggie peelers and measuring cups. I can always tell a kitchen that is hardly ever cooked in compared to those that are complete with everything you need! I travel with my own veggie peeler and measuring cups/ spoons because I often find people don’t have these in their kitchens and it drives me nuts 
My partner really appreciates a gym mat and workout gear like dumbbells, and a bedside lamp.
Oh, and having bikes to use is always a bonus!
