I always appreciate it when there is closet and drawer space available.

Make sure it’s clean and there’s enough food/treats for the sitter… Err I mean kitten!
Good instructions about kittens routine.
Emergency contacts and electric/water cut off points although you would hope these won’t be needed.

For us, some fridge and freezer space allocated, depending on how long the sit is.

How often you want to be updated/photos sent. Some pet owners want daily updates, some every few days, some minimally unless there’s an issue.
