I responded and gave them my details and membership number.
Waiting with baited breath for my Pets and people are at he heart of everything we do response ![]()
I guess the first time I saw it in these days was 4.9.
Wow, interesting.
Down to 3.7 now 12 Dec
They are working overtime trying to get those reviews removed. Just shows where their priorities lie.
I have just looked and it is now down to 3.7 so gradually dropping. Morning of 12th Dec.
Temporary glitch? I can still see it.
When you have left a review on Trustpilot you may be asked to provide more information such as a reference/membership number/ID.
This can be found by going to your settings. The ID number shows there.
Hmmm, not me. Could my confirming that the negative review was posted by an actual user have something to do with it?
Can you see see their page? After my response I no longer can. It works, however, when I use VPN
Yes I can see it, no problem at the moment.
I was a bit concerned about giving all the documentation to TP but on reading their page, they do not share any of the documentation with the company being reviewed. I haven’t left a review personally.
If you need to find your THS membership/ID number you will find it in Settings on your dashboard.
Yes, found it yesterday after a dig, nothing’s easy hey ![]()
To be fair I asked Frankie and it came up with the answer. A Christmas miracle indeed.
Yes, I think they do care. This is why they are putting a lot of effort into trying to take down critical reviews. They tried to get mine taken down but I just supplied my full name, THS I/d and phone number. There is no doubt that some people will be intimidated by this tactic and others won’t bother to find their member number.
I think it is an underhand tactic being employed by THS. The majority of reviews they have challenged have been overridden by Trust Pilot, so I have have contacted Trust Pilot asking them to look into the company behaviour. After all, there are very few people who would go out of their way to leave negative feedback for a company they have never interacted with.
The THS stats graphic does not represent the current feelings about this company. This is a better representation and shows nearly a quarter of reviews in the last 12 months have been 1 star.
The concern is that angry members will coerce friends and relatives to leave negative reviews and create additional “sock puppet” accounts to post even more reviews.
That’s why the policy to verify reviews is in place especially during such a heated situation as this one.
Of course THS cares. There’s a simple mathematical equation to explain it. Bad reviews translates to less new customers/members.
X members = y profits. As x decreases, so does the value of y.
