I was concerned about the health of the pet hence the reason why I am getting back just now, a relief that is ok now.
The request was basically taking photographs of different scarves that a friend of HOs would like to borrow so that she can wear at some wedding. Just to clarify @Visit is not about the marrying couple, but someone invited to the wedding. She picked her favourite ones and host asked me to post three of them.
Today is Thursday, the HOs will be back on Monday/Tuesday. Can they not wait until their return and do it themselves?
Furthermore, with the wrapping and postage cost to pay for I wouldn’t be surprised that it would cost more than the scarf itself. And what if she doesn’t like any of them when she sees them? Photographs not always show the real colours and features.
It doesn’t sound like a reasonable request to me…
I satisfied their request of changing some pots which I thought it was also somehow a little unusual considering that they are retired and they have all the time. However, I did it. After all, I didn’t mind and I love taking care of plants.
Perhaps, as someone said, some HOs think of us sitters as a personal assistant.
