Vegan sitters?

Every part of the THS arrangement relies on trust.
The HO have to trust the Sitters to be honest, considerate, responsible, etc.
The Sitters have to trust that HOs will be honest, considerate, thoughtful, etc.
We are omnivores but have sat for Pescatarians, Vegetarians, Vegans.
For us it’s quite simple: in our pre-sit interviews we tell the HO that whatever they are comfortable with us storing, prepping in their kitchen, we can abide by.
That’s because our typical routine is to make breakfast in the home, take some time during the day out & about during which we have whatever lunch we want, and then have a simple snacky dinner.
I think MOST Sitters do as we do, so it shouldn’t be too hard to abide by a HO’s rules.
HOs have said to us during the interview, “No problem with you having milk, eggs, cheese here: just no meats - and please clean thoroughly before you leave.”
If you have that kind of flexibility you’re more likely to have a bigger range of applicants to choose from.
That said, it STILL comes back to trust: what’s your gut feeling?
Do you believe the Sitter’s commitment to respecting your wishes?
