What is covered by TrustedHousesitters' Home and Contents Plan

I have some questions. My last sitters cost me over $3000 in excess water usage and damage to my home. I would like to understand what is and isn’t covered by Trusted House Sitters.

As with most claims it may be time sensitive so no harm raising a claim asap.
When reading previous posts it would seem you need to claim against your own insurance first.
