What to do when pet parent cancels a sit?

Cancelation question

A HO needs to cancel a sit. She sent me an explanation. I let her know it was not a problem but she needed to cancel the sit on her dashboard. In my inbox I received this: [1000010204] Then when I clicked the cancel on the right, I got this: [1000010205] Does that make sense? I am not canceling. I’ve not has to process a cancelation, so this is new to me. Tx
