When a HO asks you to take care of someone else's pet, last minute

5.2.12. not have any pets which aren’t explicitly listed in the details of the Home Listing “

Even if all the pets are well behaved and get on well there is potential for other issues if there is an additional pet(s) that don’t belong to the THS member . Such as who will be making the decisions on veterinary treatment if an emergency arises and who will be responsible for paying for any vet bills for the extra pets ?

Sitter has to pay veterinary expenses up front!

I have only just noticed this clause in the terms and conditions- has any sitter had this situation, where they had to pay veterinary expenses upfront ? 5.3. The following applies only to Sitters. You will: 5.3.5. pay any veterinary expenses up front and request the Pet Parent to reimburse you for all costs incurred;
