I’m HO trying to plan a 4-5 week trip starting late Sept. I’m nervous about finding a sitter for a long stay with such short notice so, as yet, our dates are flexible within a week or so on each end. I want to make sure we find a willing sitter before confirming our flights, etc. Where is the most obvious place sitters will see a note about Flexible Dates before applying? I’m not sure what is visible to sitter when I post the sit. Thx!
In my opinion, putting it in the heading would ensure sitters see it even if they don’t’ click on the link. Otherwise, in the first sentence.
Keep in mind, if a sitter types in a search for a specific set of dates and your sit happens to start or end beyond their search dates, they won’t see the sit, even if you’re flexible.

Ah, noted. I wonder what I can do to increase visibility. I’ll put it in the title and the first line and hope for the best.Maybe someone who has favorited us will be available, they should get a notification?

Yes, definitely. If sitters favourite it in the app, they get notified of new dates.

Hi @Shafofo. Another way to get additional visibility for your listing is to embed a link to it in your forum profile, then ask forum members for feedback on your listing. Here’s how to do that. Adding a Profile or Listing to Your Forum Profile

@Shafofo Do you realize that your listing is showing as currently not needing a sitter? Although you are offering flexible dates, your listing will still need a set range of dates for it to go live. You may be well aware of this and in the middle of doing it, but I just thought I’d check with you, just in case.
