Soooooo I had a HUGE aha moment, it was really a ha ha moment.
If I am a free spirit, why am I trying to sleep when I’m not sleepy?
I take naps round the clock and I get up when I open my eyes. Unless I have a trip or an appointment, I sleep when I want 
Actually get more done that way.
