I actually think honest, not vindictive or nasty reviews are so important. The idea that everyone is a 5 
is crazy and definitely not true. The sooner everyone starts reviewing accurately the better for all. Bad hosts and sitters will be weeded out and it will be a case of lift your game or on your bike.
Just keep it factual.
