Take the duvet out of the cover and just use the cover if you’re too hot? Here in the UK, most people don’t use blankets at all, in fact, not sure younger people know what they are

I remember when I was about eight (early 70s) being very impressed when my best friend showed me her new ‘continental quilt’.
