3 Days and counting - Listing not getting approved

I keep getting the same automated response from Trusted Housesitters regarding MISSING information on my listing. However, ALL CATEGORIES, PHOTOS, ETC have been uploaded.

Can a person not speak to an actual HUMAN and not a machine. This is incredibly frustrating. The ticket does not get resolved, and no matter how many times I screenshot my dashboard that shows all categories as complete, I get absolutely nowhere.

You need to ask for a human on the chat bot twice and you’ll get an agent, or call the office on a landline number from the website, or email support@trustedhousesitters.com & mark it urgent. No MS peeps are on here I’m afraid. #timeforahuman

Problems such as this one may be fixed by clearing your browswers cache and history and reloading the page. Perhaps an update or a change you made were not saved, yet the browser isn’t correctly showing this.

Admittedly it’s a bit of a long shot but given that many website glitches are solved by clearing the browser cache, it’s worth a shot.

You can also try viewing/editing your profile using the app on your smartphone rather than a pc. There are sometimes glitches that show up on one device but not the other.
