Account delated!

Hi there,

I’ve just had my shared account delated by TH. I think it’s form an issue I had back in December, when I wanted to free up the email from my old account for use on the one I now share with my partner. It was cleared up back then, but then a couple of months later I just got an email from “Membership Services” saying the shared account has been deleted!

I’ve just chatted to someone on support who can’t find the account and thinks it’s gone forever. They say someone will get back to me on email but couldn’t confirm that and didn’t reassure me at all that anyone would be able to help. The account contained the has the history and reviews of loads of sits and as you can imagine would be a disaster to lose!

Anyone else been in this position before? Can anyone from TH help me??
