Hi,
Does anyone have an email address or link to a contact form for Member Services? In June, I accepted a December sit after chatting with the HOs. More recently, I’ve messaged the HOs thrice (to go over details for the sit and request the Welcome Guide), and they haven’t seen or responded to my messages. I am their first sitter, so I suspect they decided they didn’t need a sitter and stopped using the app. I’d like to cancel the sit, but need to contact Member Services to do so.
Any help on how to cancel this would be appreciated - the sit is meant to start next week!

Your dashboard has contact info. And if using the chatbot, Frankie, you can tell it that you want to speak to a human. If there are none available, they’ll follow up with you.

Lesson learned, get the hosts/sitters contact information off THS so you can call them if necessary, and also in case you can’t reach them through the messaging system on THS.

THS don’t and won’t share this information- ( because of data sharing laws) it’s something that members have to share themselves .
They will contact members on your behalf but it’s not a speedy process and they can’t force the other member to respond.

Yes, I’m sorry if I was not clear, I wasn’t suggesting a member approach THS for this information, it needs to be shared among the members at the time a sit is confirmed. Usually that would happen in order to do a videochat anyway.

Thanks everyone! It’s not urgent, which is why I didn’t want to use the phone line. I have contacted a human through the Frankie chat bot
