Thank you to all of you that have responded. I’ve made changes to my listing based on your replies. I’ve been chastsized for leaving people hanging and won’t let that happen again. I think I’ll repost my dates as well. Awesome forum.

Just curious why did you have to wait that long? I always wanted to ask that question to homeowners who post their listing and then don’t look at their listing for months. We typically withdraw our application after 72 hours.
