I had agreed dates with a sitter and confirmed on here. We had a conversation a few weeks ago to cancel it as we could no longer go. Sitter is perfectly happy with this as there was always a risk of cancellation and it does not put them out. Do I need to now cancel it on here? I can’t seem to find out how to do that. Or do we just leave it as a confirmed sit, while both knowing it is not going ahead? Thanks.
Hi @Boodie and welcome back… it’s been a while since we’ve seen you here in the forum. Sorry your trip couldn’t go ahead, and in answer to your question, yes, you’ll need to cancel the sit in your dashboard.

It was all very amicable between the sitter and I too, no dramas! We had ket each other informed of expectations and possibilities all the way through. Communication is the key!
Now to attempt another trip!
