Any Premium members with an unused lounge pass?

I hope it’s okay to ask this here. I’m a Premium member travelling back to Australia next month with my two sons after several months of housesitting in the UK to visit my mum. I’ve just learned that Premium members receive two free airport lounge passes per year – and that they can be gifted if unused.

If any Premium members have a spare pass they don’t plan to use, I’d be incredibly grateful to receive one. We already have two, and a third would allow us each to access a lounge during our long journey home.

Hi @FreeIndeed I might have but need to check first as I used a couple but have my premium membership extended a couple of times thanks to referrals but I am not sure where my annual allowance starts and ends now. Just on our way back home so on the road but will drop support an email and see if I have one I can donate as we won’t be flying thtis year. Will DM you when I hear back from THS.

I think I have both of mine. I never use them because both my husband and I have credit cards with access to lounges. If anybody needs one, send me a PM here.

Hi @FreeIndeed sorry I have just heard back that even though my membership has been extended by many months the passes still go from the original sign up month so my next ones won’t be available in time for you but looks like you have a couple of other offers which is great. Hope you all have a wonderful trip home. Sx

Gives me more hope in this world :sparkling_heart: I’m just curious what the transfer process is for anyone that’s successfully shared their own unused lounge pass, or received someone elses? I didn’t know that was possible until this post so thank you for making me and others aware!

I wanted to share some information around lounge passes, I hope it helps.

Here is our official guide on requesting a lounge pass, including the information our Member Service team will need;

  • Country of airport
  • Airport name
  • Terminal number
  • Flight departure time
  • Flight date
  • Flight number
  • Country of arrival
  • Full names of passenger(s)

If you’d like to share your pass;

  • Request the lounge pass and include a friend’s name to the booking request
  • The lounge pass will be sent to your email
  • You can then forward it to the named friend

Member Services can be contacted via email (support@trustedhousesitters.com), or you can be connected via our automated online service, Frankie, by clicking the speech bubble when on our website.
