Anyone else having trouble replying to homeowners tonight?

Hello fellow sitters! I had a request to set up a call tonight from a HO but cannot get any of my messages to go through. I’ve tried on my phone using the app and on my laptop using both Chrome and Edge browsers and still no luck. Is this just a me problem or a wider one?

Not sure how you call through the app. I think most people have video calls via WhatsApp or FaceTime with owners

The issue for me was that the integrated messaging system itself wasn’t working. I needed to send the HO my outside details got the video call itself but was unable to even after trying several methods.

The problem seemed to resolve itself after a couple of hours but sadly the call was pushed back as a result. The HO now has my contact info so we won’t need to reply on the internal messaging system.
