App sending notifications for sits when I'm already booked

Why on earth does the app keep sending me notifications for sits when I am already booked during those dates?

If only there were a massive injection of money to the company so they could hire some developers to actually fix the endless and long-term bugs…

Thanks for sharing @Rhe

I’ve passed this on :+1:

This seems to be both a strategy to distribute all sits regardless of popularity to all sitters regardless of experience via the platform, and an excuse for all the complaints by sitters not receiving notifications. This is how they “solve” it.

There has been a massive injection of funds to the company @Rhe but it is spent not how we would like it to be!

I know. I was being sarcastic.

I guessed you were

It would be much more helpful if you would just say: we don’t care about this, this is not something we ever intend to address, instead of feeding hopes and expectations. I’ve been told the same by customer service a year ago: “I’ve passed this on to the relevant teams” and again recently, same reply was given to a member in an earlier post. If you’ve passed it on, why no update on the issue for so long? In the meantime, even last minute sits do not get enough applicants, because THS doesn’t find it necessary to notify potential interested sitters or sending the notifications to sitters who are booked already on the respective dates.
