Getting to either Heathrow or Gatwick is never much fun, whether by public transport or car. There are almost always road works that cause delays on the M25 and to any Brits this warning is nothing new or unusual.

I’ll be flying out of Heathrow tomorrow. Planning lots of time to get there from Greenwich.

This relates to the orbital motorway (M25) being closed south of Heathrow so o need to panic unless you’re driving and coming from further East e.g. South London, Sussex or Kent.
