The same goes for the “Use of car included”. Many times there is conflicting information on the posting and unless the HO actually states it in their listing you have to ask. Each of the questions that the HO answers should equate to a bubble on their listing so the sitters knows exactly what is included in case the HO forgets.

That is super annoying. It looks like you found a solution. As a family that travels with our dogs, I scour posts to see if we are a good fit for any post we apply. And super rude to ask for reconsideration. I always thank the host for letting me know why we are not a good fit for the sit.
Currently we are doing a 6 week sit in the mountains of Colorado and are watching 4 huge dogs (St. Bernard, Great Pyrenees, etc) in addition to our 2 little dogs. Quite the circus.

now that is a LOT of dog, not the number but the sizes, adorable all gentle giants I’m sure and well equipped for the CO winter and snow, what about your two “little” ones, how little and is there much of the white stuff at the moment?
