I saw arrival and departure times on the listing. Now that the sit is confirmed I can’t find that info anywhere?
Just message via your WhatsApp contact details to open the discussion about arrival arrangements. I’m assuming you did a video chat and agreed arrival stuff etc
They might be updating the listing if you agreed something… it should be there if you refresh the listing. I’m assuming you’re the sitter but your profile links to you as a HO. The sit essentials section is missing…. it might be a techie glitch.
As a sitter, I don’t rely on looking at the web or app re arrival and departure times. I confirm that directly with the homeowner prior to accepting the sit. Depending on those times, sometimes hotels or a stay with the homeowner(s) may be needed prior or after the sit.
I have noticed this too. That information disappears after your confirm, which is very annoying. Yes the times need to be reconfirmed in conversation with the HO….but still would prefer that it remained.

Oh yes - I just had to update the app to the latest version. Arrival and departure times do not show up on the web though.
@dantro, encourage confirm arrival date, time and related matters with host via THS Message, WhatsApp or other written communication. Perhaps others have had different experience but we find that arrival/departure time in THS listing is often illustrative (at best). We would definitely not make travel arrangements based on date/time info in listing.
I had that with a sit I’d just accepted. Knew I’d seen in. Turns out it showed on the app but not the one on computer. Yet another weird and wonderful discrepancy… or maybe just a one off ![]()
