Greetings! I want to change my membership from sitter to owner. Does anyone know how to make that change? The chat bot doesn’t help.

Tell Frankie (the chat bot ) that you want to speak to a human … just type “human” and you’ll get connected.
I have done this when Frankie doesn’t understand my questions ( which is quite often 
)
I have a feeling this is one of those “does not compute situations.” I know you can easily pay a little more money to combine your membership. This will let you keep you sitting reviews and the possibility of doing sits if you want to, while also adding a completely separate “listing” of your home and information about your pet. It sounds like you want to get rid of your sitter profile altogether and I could imagine the system having some issue with that. Lots of people have combined memberships but do more of one or the other.
