PLEASE HELP!!! The problem I am having is being able to change my membership from BASIC SITTER to OWNER (BASIC PET PARENT). To clarify, I do not want to create a listing or be a pet/house sitter. I need to schedule a PET SITTER for my dog. I do NOT want to upgrade my membership. I have contacted the company three times and no one will help me accomplish this task.
Was this a mistake when you first joined or have you decided to change? You will have to speak to membership services about this I fear. Keep trying

I am not sure what the situation is but, as far as I know, you need to create a listing in order to schedule a sitter with THS.
Anyway, in order to do that, you will have to sign up as an HO and you will need membership services help.

I was a HomeOwner, then upgraded to a Dual Membership just a few weeks ago using the website without issue. I then had to make a Pet Sitter listing, totally separate from Homeowner listing. You have to Upgrade to have a Dual Membership.
If you are trying to swap from Sitter to Owner, you specifically want to stop being a sitter and only be a homeowner, there is no automated button for this.
- Support Request: You must contact the Membership Services team via their help center. They can manually adjust your account type, though they usually prefer you to finish your current term or upgrade.
