Changing membership

Hi all. I need to change my combined membership to a sitter membership as, sadly, my cat died so I no longer need a sitter. Does anyone know how to do this as I can’t seem to do it on the app. Thanks in advance.

I know that it’s not possible to implement a downgrade, for example from premium to standard, until the end of the membership year but I do hope that it will be possible to do what you need to do.

I would appreciate some feedback on the result.
