I’m a housesitter looking for a housesitter! I tried changing my Premium Sitter plan to a Basic Combined plan, but was told that the Basic Combined plan would only begin after my current plan runs out, and then it would make the switch when my membership renews (which is long after the dates I need a sitter for). Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to switch plans mid-cycle? Hoping I don’t have to open and pay for a totally new account when the Basic Combined would take care of my needs.
And along the same lines, does anyone know how to reach a live customer service representative? Their AI bot is completely useless in this situation.
THS seems to allow members to upgrade at any time but only allows downgrades at renewal time. I suspect that your only solution is to upgrade to Premium Combined now (or just before you plan to list your sit) and pay the prorated increased fee. Then you can downgrade to Basic Combined at renewal. You can make that downgrade ahead of time on your account to take effect at renewal.
